15:00 -Boat trip on a Rabelo boat: Porto Six Bridges Cruise and the history of our cultural heritage
16:00 - Walk through Porto Historic Centre and Ribeira (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), including a
visit to São Bento Train Station, voted one of the most beautiful in the world, and to
São Francisco Church, the most prominent Gothic monument in Porto, also noted for its
outstanding Baroque inner decoration.

08:30 – Seminar: a panel of experts talking about "A healthy lifestyle through nutrition and sport"

10:45 - A taste of classical ballet + fencing
11:15 – Activity 2 – "How to change trends": creating a healthy digital menu
With the help of a nutritionist and an ICT teacher, students will work in mixed international
groups

14:00 - Traditional games competition: mixed international groups
16.00 – Departure to FCP, a major Portuguese sports brand (subway)
16:30 – Guided tour to FC Porto – Museum + Stadium
20:00 - Dinner: Students with host families and teachers at a local restaurant

08.30 – Activity 3 - "How to change trends": creating a workout plan to promote physical activity

10:30 – Activity 4: preparing the final outcomes: digital menus and workout videos

11:00 - Activity 5 - MasterChef competition: creating the healthiest salad by using ingredients from the
4 participant countries. Students will compete in mixed international groups. A panel of experts
will choose the best salad
11:45 - Workshop: "Zero-waste cooking", by Ana Margarida Gonçalves, a cook and restaurant manager
12:45 - Lunch at school
14:00 – Visit to Mercado do Bolhão, the most iconic food market in Porto (subway)
16:00 - Presentation of final outcomes: digital menus and workout videos

08:15: Arrival at school; welcoming address by the headmaster and the coordinator, meeting the members of the Erasmus team Short tour of our school
09:15 : PPT presentation of our country and short discussion of our customs. Analysis of the results of the first and the final questionnaireof all 3 Macro topics using infographic representation.

11:00 – Departure for the city of Thessaloniki
11:45-Recreating the Byzantine walk taking a guided tour of the castle and monuments of the city-Students take photos and gather information
13:45 - Walk in the traditional food markets (Kapani and Modiano Arcade), get acquainted with spices and representative products of the Mediterranean diet
14:45 -Lunch in the city
15:45 – Visit the White Tower and take a walk along the city harbour -rent bikes?

08:30- Departure for the Archaeological Site and Museum of VerginaDuring the trip students take photos and gather information

12:00 – Departure for the city of Edessa-walk along the old city and visit the waterfall

16.30 – Departure for Trilofos. Students return to families
20:00 - Dinner: Students with host families and teachers at a local restaurant
Thursday 23rd November
08.30 – group work students compare the results of all countries and create a new infograph.Then in groups, they create a questionnaire for the parents of all participating students
09:30 – Teacher Conference
10:30 -Coffee break
11:00 – Departure for Peraia-Students participate in watersports and paddle boarding.
15:30 - Lunch at school with a traditional buffet prepared by the hosting families
17:00 - Project closing ceremony: attendance certificate awarding ceremony for students and teachers.
20:00 Dinner: Students with host families and teachers at a local restaurant/ Dinner offered by municipality for both teachers and students

- Departure of Spanish and Portuguese delegations
Meeting with Italian coordinator to discuss the necessary steps for the successful completion of the project.
